One of the most powerful, yet unknown, AI study tools is Notebook LM. This AI study tool is part of google. Notebook LM is praised for accommodating many types of learners. Because of its many features, Notebook LM is effective for catering to everyone’s needs. Some basic examples of what it can do is generate summaries, create videos, making it the ideal study tool for visual learners; create podcasts and have conversations, perfect for auditory learners; and it can generate practice tests and help mind map, making it a necessity for experiential learners. Another great characteristic about the app is that it doesn’t have a hefty pay wall. While the free version can be limiting, the resources and experience one can get is quite a lot compared to other study tools.

Another great AI tool that doesn’t cost an exorbitant amount is turbo.ai (formally known as turbolearn.ai). This tool is another great option that also has a free version. While the amount of material one can upload is not as much as Notebook LM, it is still a great resource. It is good at understanding the fundamentals of any subject; thus, allowing someone to be able to grow and get better at something. Turbo AI is great for summarizing difficult material, helping students create useful notes, and creating interactive learning tools such as flash cards and quizzes. Turbo AI reports that it currently has over 5 million active students and that the average processing time is around 30 seconds (information comes from their website). Because of the useful features Turbo AI has to offer, it is a great tool to make studying more effective.

The final tool that will be discussed is studyfetch. Different from many AI tools, study fetch doesn’t necessarily require materials to begin creating summaries of topics. Nonetheless, it does have the ability to summarize audio recordings and pdfs. Another cool feature is that it has a built-in study timer to help you maintain focus for periods of time. Instead of being like a chat bot, one can see it like a tutor. It has the ability to create study plans for the user to maximize their learning, and they also give three options for studying: cramming, standard, and all. Furthermore, they have a feature where you can play games while you learn to make studying more fun. Like the other tools, it doesn’t require the users to pay in order to get the help that they need. There are currently 8 million current users. Additionally, 92% of the frequent users reported getting better grades, 85% of total users reported better grades, and students reported having to study (on average) 30% less (information comes directly from their website).

In conclusion, Turbo.AI, Studyfetch.AI, and Notebook LM are all great AI tools. However, there are great AI tools out there, but because it’s impossible to cover all of them, some may have been missed. Additionally, many great AI tools aren’t as cost-efficient, or have as many uses as the three that were mentioned.
